CHAPTER IIIFINAL PROVISIONS

Article 11

1.

Regulation (EC) No 2629/97 is repealed.

2.

References to Regulation (EC) No 2629/97 shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 12

This Regulation shall enter into force on first May 2004.
