(1)

Where paragraph (2) applies, detergents and surfactants for detergents are to be treated as being in conformity with Article 3(1).

(2)

This paragraph applies where the detergent or surfactant for a detergent—

a)

is in conformity with Article 3(1) of Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 as it has effect in EU law; and

b)

is a qualifying Northern Ireland good.
