Article 3Fields for action F1...

1.

This Regulation establishes a harmonised regulatory framework F2... in conjunction with:

(a)

Regulation (EC) No 551/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 March 2004 on the organisation and use of the airspace in the Single European Sky (the airspace Regulation)13;

(b)

Regulation (EC) No 550/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 March 2004 on the provision of air navigation services in the Single European Sky (the service provision Regulation)14; and

(c)

Regulation (EC) No 552/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 March 2004 on the interoperability of the European Air Traffic Management network (the interoperability Regulation)15;

and with the implementing rules adopted F3before exit day by the Commission on the basis of this Regulation and the F4Regulations referred to above F5as well as with the regulations made on or after exit day by the Secretary of State under any of the Regulations referred to in this Article.

The measures referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply subject to the provisions of this Regulation.
