THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals(1), and in particular Article 18 thereof, and to the corresponding provisions of the other regulations on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products,
Whereas:
(1) The last paragraph of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds(2) provides for the full version of the refund nomenclature to be published on 1 January 2005 as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products.
(2) The amendments to the Combined Nomenclature applicable from 2005 concerning pig meat, Tokay wine, oranges, apples and sultanas introduced by Regulation (EC) No 1810/2004(3) have to be taken into consideration and the refund nomenclature has to be adapted accordingly.
(3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of all the Management Committees concerned,
