Article 10
1.
Amendments to the Annexes and measures necessary for the implementation of this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 13(2).
These measures shall concern in particular:
(a)
the minimum level of checks to be carried out;
(b)
the application of administrative penalties;
(c)
the necessary transitional provisions for the start-up period of the system.
2.
In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 13(2), the following data may be updated:
(a)
the deadlines for providing the information referred to in Article 8(2);
(b)
the demographic thresholds for livestock referred to in the second and third subparagraphs of Article 9(3).
