CHAPTER IIAUTHORISATION, USE, MONITORING AND TRANSITIONAL MEASURES APPLICABLE FOR FEED ADDITIVES

Article 4Authorisation

1.

Any person seeking an authorisation for a feed additive or for a new use of a feed additive shall submit an application in accordance with Article 7.

2.

An authorisation shall not be granted, refused, F1... modified, suspended or revoked except on the grounds and under the procedures set out in this Regulation, or in accordance with F2Article 53 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.
