Article 94 U.K. Obligation of the [F4 design] court

A [F4 design] court which is dealing with an action relating to a [F5 supplementary unregistered] design other than the actions referred to in Article 81 shall treat the design as valid. Articles 85(2) and 90(2) shall, however, apply mutatis mutandis.
