This Regulation shall apply:

1. (a)

   within the F1United Kingdom, including its airspace, or on board any aircraft or any vessel under the jurisdiction of F2the United Kingdom;

2. (b)

   to any national of F2the United Kingdom, and to any legal person, entity, or body which is incorporated or constituted under the law of F2the United Kingdom.
