TITLE IIIGeneral and transitional provisions

Article 21

1.

Regulation (EEC) No 2238/93 is hereby repealed.

2.

References to the Regulation repealed by paragraph 1 shall be construed as reference to this Regulation.

3.

However, the Italian version of Article 4(2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2238/93 shall remain in force in Italy until 30 September 2001.
