This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply from 1 January 2001 for the tariff quotas mentioned in Annex III under order numbers 09.1211, 09.1215, 09.1217, 09.1218, 09.1219 and 09.1220.
