Members of [F2a UK Societas's] management, supervisory and administrative organs shall be liable, in accordance with the provisions applicable to public limited-liability companies F3..., for loss or damage sustained by the [F4UK Societas] following any breach on their part of the legal, statutory or other obligations inherent in their duties.
