Members of F1a UK Societas's management, supervisory and administrative organs shall be liable, in accordance with the provisions applicable to public limited-liability companies F2..., for loss or damage sustained by the F3UK Societas following any breach on their part of the legal, statutory or other obligations inherent in their duties.
