[F2The appropriate Minister] shall ensure that any person responsible for the identification and registration of animals has received instructions and guidance on the relevant provisions of this Regulation and of any delegated and implementing acts [F3that were adopted by the Commission pursuant to this Regulation prior to exit day.].
Whenever the relevant provisions are amended, the corresponding information shall be made available to the person referred to in the first subparagraph.
Member States shall ensure that appropriate training courses are available.
