Article 2Amendment to Directive 2009/138/EC

In Article 68(1), point (b) of Directive 2009/138/EC, the following point is added:

  1. ‘(iv)
    authorities responsible for supervising the obliged entities listed in points (1) and (2) of Article 2(1) of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council27 for compliance with that Directive;’.
