Directive 2002/55/EC is amended as follows:

   Annex IV is amended as follows:

   In Section (A)(I), the following point 2a is inserted:

   ‘2a.

   Officially assigned serial number.’;

2. (2)

   Annex V is amended as follows:

   1. (a)

      in Section (A), the following indent is inserted after the first indent:

      ‘—

      officially assigned serial number,’;

   2. (b)

      in Section (C), the following indent is inserted after the first indent:

      ‘—

      officially assigned serial number,’.
