The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (the ‘Committee’) as referred to in Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2015/847 of the European Parliament and of the Council 43 . That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 44 .
