CHAPTER 3 U.K. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION OR REPRODUCTION OF PROPAGATING MATERIAL AND FRUIT PLANTS

Article 28 U.K. Plan to identify and monitor critical points in the production process

During the production of propagating material and fruit plants, Member States shall ensure that suppliers have in place, as appropriate for the relevant genera or species, a plan to identify and monitor critical points in the production process. That plan shall at least concern the following elements:

(a)

location and number of plants;

(b)

timing of their cultivation;

(c)

propagation operations;

(d)

packaging, storage and transportation operations.
