CHAPTER II Cooperation between the competent authorities of the Member States and with ESMA
Article 87Cooperation and exchange of information with ESMA
1.
The competent authorities shall cooperate with ESMA for the purposes of this Directive, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
2.
The competent authorities shall, without undue delay, provide ESMA with all information necessary to carry out its duties under this Directive and under Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 and in accordance with Articles 35 and 36 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
