CHAPTER 5 U.K. COMMITTEE, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 28 U.K. Entry into force

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 1, the second paragraph of Article 3, Article 5, Article 13(2) and (3) and Annexes I, V and VI shall apply from 20 April 2016.
