Section ‘14.U.K.Additional information’

(1)In the case of distance marketing, this section will include any clause stipulating the law applicable to the credit agreement or the competent court.U.K.
(2)Where the creditor intends to communicate with the consumer during the life of the contract in a language different from the language of the ESIS that fact shall be included and the language of communication named. This is without prejudice to point (g) of point 3 of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of Directive 2002/65/EC.U.K.
(3)The creditor or credit intermediary shall state the consumer’s right to be provided with or offered, as applicable, a copy of the draft credit agreement at least once an offer binding on the creditor has been made.U.K.
