Article 1

Directive 2006/87/EC is amended as follows:

    Annex II to Directive 2006/87/EC is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Directive.

  2. (2)

    Annex VII to Directive 2006/87/EC is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Directive.

  3. (3)

    Annex IX to Directive 2006/87/EC is amended in accordance with Annex III to this Directive.
