This Directive shall apply to the following road safety related traffic offences:

1. (a)

   speeding;

2. (b)

   non-use of a seat-belt;

3. (c)

   failing to stop at a red traffic light;

4. (d)

   drink-driving;

5. (e)

   driving under the influence of drugs;

6. (f)

   failing to wear a safety helmet;

7. (g)

   use of a forbidden lane;

8. (h)

   illegally using a mobile telephone or any other communication devices while driving.
