Directive 92/119/EEC is hereby amended as follows:

1. 1.

   in Article 17, paragraph 5 shall be replaced by the following:

   ‘5.

   Member States shall maintain up-to-date lists of the national laboratories referred to in paragraph 1 and make them available to the other Member States and to the public.’;

2. 2.

   in Annex II, point 5 shall be deleted.
