If a vehicle is supplied with a complete set of standard wheels and tyres and a complete set of snow tyres (marked with a 3 peaked mountain and snowflake symbol – 3PMS) with or without wheels, the snow tyres and their wheels where applicable shall be considered as additional tyre/wheel combinations irrespective of the wheels/tyres actually fitted to the vehicle.]
