Article 1

1.

Directive 70/157/EEC is amended as follows:

(a)

Annex I is replaced by the text set out in Annex I to this Directive;

(b)

Annex II is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Directive;

(c)

Annex III is replaced by the text set out in Annex III to this Directive;

(d)

Annex IV is deleted.

2.

References to points 5.2.2.1 and 5.2.2.5 of Annex I to Directive 70/157/EEC shall be construed as references to points 2.1 and 2.2 of Annex I, as replaced by this Directive.
