Article 13Labelling of pyrotechnic articles for vehicles

The labelling of pyrotechnic articles for vehicles shall include the name of the manufacturer or, where the manufacturer is not established in the Community, the name of the importer, the name and type of the article and the safety instructions.

If the article does not provide sufficient space for the labelling requirements referred to in paragraph 1, the information shall be provided on the packaging.

A safety data sheet compiled in accordance with the Annex to Commission Directive 2001/58/EC of 27 July 2001 amending for the second time Directive 91/155/EEC14 shall be supplied to professional users in the language requested by them.
The safety data sheet may be supplied on paper or electronically, provided that the addressee has the necessary means of accessing it.
