The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21a amending Annex V to update the indicative list of safety components.

The Commission, acting in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 22(2), may take any appropriate measure connected with the practical application of this Directive, including measures necessary to ensure cooperation of Member States with each other and with the Commission, as provided for in Article 19(1).
