Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax
Austria may, in the communes of Jungholz and Mittelberg (Kleines Walsertal), apply a second standard rate which is lower than the corresponding rate applied in the rest of Austria but not less than 15 %.
