The annexes hereto may be amended in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2) in order to take account in particular of:

1. (i)

   scientific opinions and scientific knowledge, particularly concerning new risk assessments;

2. (ii)

   technical developments; and

3. (iii)

   the setting of safety targets for animal health.
