Article 12 U.K. Cleansing, disinfection and treatment with insecticides

Member States shall ensure that:

(a)

the disinfectants and insecticides to be used and their concentrations are officially approved by the competent authority;

(b)

the cleansing, disinfection and, if necessary, insecticide operations are carried out under official supervision in accordance with:

• the instructions given by the official veterinarian; and

• the principles and procedures laid down in Annex II.
