1.The Member States shall apply at least the provisions of this Directive to products intended for animal feed produced in the Community to be exported to third countries.
2.Paragraph 1 shall not affect the right of Member States to authorise re-exportation under the conditions laid down in Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002(1). The provisions of Article 20 thereof shall apply mutatis mutandis.
