The following Directives and Decisions are hereby repealed with effect from the date of application referred to in Article 28(1), second subparagraph:

• Directive 90/387/EEC,

• Council Decision 91/396/EEC of 29 July 1991 on the introduction of a single European emergency call number21,
• Council Directive 92/44/EEC of 5 June 1992 on the application of open network provision to leased lines22,
• Council Decision 92/264/EEC of 11 May 1992 on the introduction of a standard international telephone access code in the Community23,

• Directive 95/47/EC,

• Directive 97/13/EC,

• Directive 97/33/EC,

• Directive 98/10/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 1998 on the application of open network provision (ONP) to voice telephony and on universal service for telecommunications in a competitive environment24.
