TITLE IIIREQUIREMENTS TO BE MET BY PROPAGATING MATERIAL
Article 3
1.
Suppliers may market propagating material only if it meets the requirements laid down in this Directive.
2.
Paragraph 1 shall not apply to propagating material intended for:
(a)
trials or scientific purposes,
(b)
selection work, or
(c)
the conservation of genetic diversity.
3.
Detailed rules for the application of paragraph 2 may be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 17.
