Under the procedure laid down in Article 26, special requirements may be laid down, if appropriate, by way of derogation F1X1from Article 6 (A) (1) (e) and from Chapter II, for the movement of circus and fairground animals and for trade in animals, semen, ova and embryos intended for zoos.
