Article 9
1.
Member States shall take the measures necessary to comply with this Directive within 24 months of its notification6. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
2.
Member States shall ensure that the texts of the main provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive are communicated to the Commission.
