amending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,
Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,
Whereas:
On 26 July 2010 the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP1.
On 18 June 2020 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2020/8492.
Following the judgment of the General Court in Case T-490/183, Neda Industrial Group should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP.
Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,
