                  <ref eId="c00001" href="https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/eu-exit/https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2016.141.01.0079.01.ENG">OJ L 141, 28.5.2016, p. 79</ref>.</p></authorialNote>, and in particular Article 33(1) thereof,</p><p>Having regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,</p><p>Whereas:</p><blockContainer class="division" uk:name="division"><num>(1)</num><p>On 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer class="division" uk:name="division"><num>(2)</num><p>On 1 June 2017, the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 1718 (2006) amended entries for four persons subject to restrictive measures.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer class="division" uk:name="division"><num>(3)</num><p>On 2 June 2017, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2356 (2017) which added 14 persons and 4 entities to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer class="division" uk:name="division"><num>(4)</num><p>Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,</p></blockContainer><p>HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:</p></preamble><body eId="body"><article eId="article-1"><num>Article 1</num><content><p>Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 is hereby amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.</p></content></article><article eId="article-2"><num>Article 2</num><content><p>This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the <i>Official Journal of the European Union</i>.</p></content></article><hcontainer name="signatures"><hcontainer name="signatureBlock"><content><p>Done at Brussels, 8 June 2017.</p><p>
