CHAPTER 2 MISCELLANEOUS AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 6Transparency
This Decision shall be brought to the attention of Commission staff and of all individuals to whom it applies.
Article 7Repeal
Decision 2007/65/EC is repealed.
Article 8Entry into force
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
