Article 2 U.K. Definitions

For the purpose of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)

‘Phyllosticta citricarpa’ means Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa, also named Guignardia citricarpa Kiely under Directive 2000/29/EC;

(b)

‘[F1 specified fruits’ means fruits of Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf., and their hybrids, other than fruits of Citrus aurantium L. and Citrus latifolia Tanaka.]
