For the purposes of point (7) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 authorised financial instrument exchanges and commodity exchanges in Japan and set out in the Annex shall be considered as equivalent to [F1 UK regulated markets as defined in Article 2(1)(13A) of Regulation (EU) 600/2014 of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments].
