For the purposes of point (7) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 authorised financial instrument exchanges and commodity exchanges in Japan and set out in the Annex shall be considered as equivalent to F1UK regulated markets as defined in Article 2(1)(13A) of Regulation (EU) 600/2014 of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments.
