amending Decision 2014/486/CFSP on the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union and in particular Article 28, Article 42(4) and Article 43(2) thereof,
Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,
Whereas:

On 22 July 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/486/CFSP1 on the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine).
(2)
Decision 2014/486/CFSP, as amended by Decision (CFSP) 2015/22492, provided EUAM Ukraine with a financial reference amount until 30 November 2016 and a mandate until 30 November 2017.
(3)
On 12 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/7123 adapting the financial reference amount for the period until 30 November 2016.
(4)
A financial reference amount for the period from 1 December 2016 until 30 November 2017 should be provided for, and Decision 2014/486/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,
