As regards prizes, Title VII of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 and Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 shall apply subject to paragraph 2 of this Article.

Contests for prizes with a unit value of EUR 10 000 or more may only be published if they are provided for in the Planning Framework of the Agency.
