Article 2Appointment of the EU Mission Commander
1.
Brigadier General Dominique LAUGEL is hereby appointed EU Mission Commander of EUMAM RCA (the Mission Commander).
2.
The Mission Commander shall exercise the functions of EU Operation Commander and EU Force Commander.
