As necessary, the adoption of the implementing rules for this decision will be the subject of a separate empowerment decision of the Commission in favour of the Member of the Commission responsible for security matters, in full compliance with the internal rules of procedure.

After being empowered following the above-mentioned Commission Decision, the Member of the Commission responsible for security matters may develop security notices setting out security guidelines and best practices within the scope of this Decision and its implementing rules.

The Commission may delegate the tasks mentioned in the first and second paragraph of this Article to the Director-General for Human Resources and Security by a separate delegation decision, in full compliance with the internal rules of procedure.
