The President of the Council shall designate the person(s) empowered to deposit, on behalf of the Union, the instrument of acceptance, as specified in paragraph 4 of the Protocol(1).
The date of entry into force of the Protocol will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union by the General Secretariat of the Council.
