Article 12Exclusion warnings
1.
The authorising officer responsible shall request an exclusion warning for the cases referred to in Article 106(1) or 109(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012.
2.
An exclusion warning shall be removed at the end of the exclusion period.
3.
An exclusion warning shall be automatically entered in the CED from the EWS.
