By way of derogation from Article 11, the Member States concerned may authorise the dispatch of fresh pig meat, pig meat preparations and pig meat products consisting of or containing such meat from the areas listed in Parts II, III or IV of the Annex, to other Member States and third countries provided that the products in question:

1. (a)

   have been produced and processed in compliance with Article 4(1) of Directive 2002/99/EC;

2. (b)

   are subjected to veterinary certification in accordance with Article 5 of Directive 2002/99/EC;

3. (c)

   are accompanied by the appropriate intra-Union trade health certificate as set out in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 599/2004 and of which Part II shall be completed by the following:

   ‘Products in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision 2014/709/EU of 9 October 2014 concerning animal health control measures relating to African swine fever in certain Member States21.’
