Article 1Subject matter and scope

 F1This Decision lays down animal health control measures in relation to African swine fever in Great Britain as regards movements of feral pigs and information obligations.

For the purposes of this Decision “appropriate authority” means—

(a)

in relation to England, the Secretary of State;

(b)

in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Ministers;

(c)

in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers.
