The guidelines to enable undertakings to comply with the requirements laid down in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products are set out in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
